These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1ong777 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1ong777.cam and all associated services, products, applications, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

1ong777 is an online sports betting and live casino platform operated for the benefit of users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers sports wagering, live casino games, slots, arcade titles, lottery products, and related entertainment services denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of 1ong777, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on 1ong777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1ong777 strictly prohibits access to, or use of, the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gambling restriction that would prohibit you from gambling online.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your Account's existence.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the 1ong777 Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.

To access the full range of services on 1ong777, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your date of birth. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, Malaysian identification number (MyKad or equivalent), contact number, and residential address for KYC purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify 1ong777 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 1ong777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login details.

• Each player may register only one Account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension without prior notice.
• Accounts registered with false information will be voided. All funds in such accounts may be forfeited.
• 1ong777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage, including during withdrawal requests.
• Account sharing — permitting another individual to access or operate your Account — is strictly prohibited.
• You must ensure your registered email address remains active and accessible, as 1ong777 uses it for all official correspondence.

By using the 1ong777 Platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for personal entertainment and recreation. You confirm that you are not using the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of a third party, and that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources. You further agree not to use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.

1ong777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

All games and betting markets offered on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market ("Game Rules"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or market in question.

All financial transactions on 1ong777 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad online banking, and Hong Leong Connect.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require identity documentation to be submitted and approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits apply on a daily and monthly basis in accordance with your account tier.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically process in 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that have been used for deposits, or to verified bank accounts registered in the player's own name.
• 1ong777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of payment method ownership.
• Any fees imposed by payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the Player.

1ong777 may from time to time offer Bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback incentives, and other rewards to eligible Players. The availability, value, duration, and specific terms of each promotion will be communicated at the time of the offer. All Bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause as well as any specific promotional terms applicable.

• Each Bonus offer is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's account separately from real-money funds. Bonus funds must meet the specified Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered through the required number of times within the specified validity period.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, manipulation of game outcomes, or exploitation of technical errors to unfairly claim promotional value — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 1ong777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus claim, the decision of 1ong777 management shall be final and binding.

All bets placed on the 1ong777 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual markets or sporting events including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions covered by the Platform.

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid bet confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to system error, connection failure, or insufficient funds are void.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 1ong777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or where a technical fault has affected the integrity of the market.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules for that market.
• Maximum bet limits apply on all markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and vary by market, event type, and Player account tier.
• 1ong777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any Player on any market at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• All in-play (live betting) markets are subject to a delay between stake submission and confirmation. During this period, odds may change. The odds valid at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1ong777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or shared IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, or arbitrage betting where prohibited.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other technical circumvention tools.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages, disrupts, or negatively affects the integrity, security, or reputation of the 1ong777 Platform.

All content on the 1ong777 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "1ong777", logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface design, software code, text, images, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1ong777 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, or per week.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to encourage regular breaks during gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting 24/7 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding players of the duration and value of their current session are available on request.

1ong777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Game Rules.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Chargebacks or reversed payment transactions initiated by the Player without valid justification.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. Players from Malaysia acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws applicable to online gambling activities.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and 1ong777 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

1ong777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
